Most important to the effectiveness of the Paxton Creek Watershed and Education Association (PCWEA) are people and organizations who are generous with their time, cooperation, expertise, and resources. The PCWEA is mainly a volunteer organization, that depends upon the willing cooperation of stakeholders, partners, and others.
